These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ArogyaTrack platform. By creating an account or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ArogyaTrack platform (website, mobile app, and APIs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Global Synapse Technologies (GSTech). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Registration & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each account supports up to 5 family members, and the account owner is responsible for managing member access and permissions. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Permitted Use
The platform is provided for personal, non-commercial health management purposes. You may use it to upload medical reports, track medicines, view health scores, access wellness content, and use marketplace services. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate another person, to upload malicious content, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or our systems.
Health Information Disclaimer
The platform provides health information for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated health scores, risk assessments, and predictive alerts are algorithmic estimates and should not be treated as clinical diagnoses. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions. In emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.
Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, AI models, and health algorithms, is the property of Global Synapse Technologies or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the personal health data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store it for the purpose of providing our services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without our written permission.
Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse platform resources, or pose a security threat. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases immediately. Health records will be retained per our data retention policy and applicable healthcare regulations. We will provide an option to export your data before account deletion takes effect.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Synapse Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated health insights, marketplace partner services, or interruptions to platform availability.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Before initiating arbitration, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitrations are not permitted.
