How do I upload my medical reports?

From the Dashboard, click 'Upload Report' and drop in a PDF or image of your lab report or prescription. OCR extracts every value automatically and structures it into your record. AI analysis is on-demand — it runs only when you click 'Run AI Analysis' on the parsed report, so nothing happens to your data until you ask for it.

Can I manage health records for my family members?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each account supports up to five family members plus any number of minor profiles. Every member gets an isolated dashboard with their own health score, daily readings, AI plans, and reports. The account owner controls caregiver access and consent — siblings can't see each other's records unless you explicitly grant access.

What does "on-demand AI analysis" actually mean?

When you upload a report, OCR + AI parsing structures every test result automatically — no AI inference cost, no waiting. AI analysis (the part that explains the values in plain language and flags risks) only runs when you press the button. We made this change in v4.3 so uploads are faster, your AI quota is preserved, and nothing personal is sent to a model unless you've consented to that specific call.

How does the health score work?

We compute a 0–100 score from your lab reports, daily readings (BP, blood sugar, SpO₂, weight, heart rate, temperature) and uploaded test results. It breaks down into 15 subscores — metabolic, cardiac, liver, kidney, thyroid, hematology, vitamin, bone, respiratory, immune, mental health, fitness, nutrition, sleep and adherence — and 12 individual organ scores (heart, liver, kidney, lungs, brain, bones, eyes, gut, thyroid, blood, skin, pancreas). Risk assessments and tests-due recommendations layer on top.

Can I export my health record to share with a hospital or doctor?

Yes — the platform exports your full record as HL7 FHIR R4 resources (Patient, DiagnosticReport, Observation, Encounter, Condition, MedicationRequest, AllergyIntolerance, Immunization, FamilyMemberHistory, CarePlan, Goal). You can pull a single resource or the full $everything bundle. Any modern EHR or hospital system that speaks FHIR can ingest it directly.

Is the platform available in Hindi?

Yes — Test Analysis includes Hindi alongside English natively, not as a translate-button afterthought. AI risk assessments and explanations come in both languages so the patient and a Hindi-speaking caregiver can read the same record together.

Is my health data secure and private?

Accepted Answer

We use AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access control (RBAC), MFA, consent management and audit logging. Your data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Note: although our architecture is HIPAA-aligned and ISO 27001-aligned, we have not yet completed independent third-party certification audits — see our Compliance & Certification Status for the full picture.

Do you offer a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) or SOC 2 report?

Not at the moment — formal third-party HIPAA audits and SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certifications are on our roadmap for late 2026. If you're an enterprise buyer who needs a signed BAA or a SOC 2 report before evaluating ArogyaTrack, please email us directly so we can share our current status and timeline.

What should I do if I forgot my password or can't log in?

Accepted Answer

Tap 'Forgot Password' on the login screen to receive a 6-digit OTP on your registered email. Follow the prompts to reset your password. If MFA is blocking you and you no longer have your authenticator or backup codes, reach out using this form and we'll verify your identity manually.
